(chuckles) I have to say that while I debate the effectiveness of the program, it's a damn sight better than any of the others DC has thrust upon us. It is serving the stated goals - far better than anything else they've done.
We need to convince those thoroughly bought and paid for representatives (on both side of the isle) not to enact the abortion they are trying to pass off as health care reform. I've yet to see how they identify root causes, let alone show that they are addressing them.
