Pepperoni Pizza Chili

Pepperoni Pizza Chili (yes, it's low-carb)
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion
2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic, minced or powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 can kidney beans, drained (optional; for very low carb, skip this)
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can tomato paste
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
25 pepperoni pieces, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Saute ground beef, onion, and spices, until beef is browned. Add to slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker. Set on low, cook 6-8 hours. Eat with a salad.
